Join Chef Eric for an Olympian Culinary Experience

Bonjour, mes amis! I’m Chef Eric Fraudeau, and I’m here to invite you to join our cooking classes at Cook’n With Class. Whether you’re an Olympic fan looking for an indoor activity or simply eager to explore French cuisine, our classes offer the perfect blend of culinary education and cultural experience in a comfortable, “”cool” French kitchen setting.

Let me share a bit of my story with you. As a French native, I grew up surrounded by the rich flavors and aromas of our beautiful cuisine. Cooking has always been a part of my life, and it’s my passion to share this with you.

After many years working as an executive chef in high-end hotels across Mexico, Canada, and the United States, I returned to my beloved France. I had a dream: to create a cooking school where I could teach the art of French cuisine to food lovers from around the world. And so, in 2007, I opened the doors of Cook’n With Class in Paris.

Cooking for All Levels – Oui, Cโ€™est Possible!

At Cook’n With Class, we cater to cooks of all skill levels. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or in a group of friends, there’s class for you. Our classes, conducted in English, weave French culture into every lesson. With a limit of 7-10 participants per class, personalized attention from the chef is guaranteed, ensuring a hands-on and interactive experience. Our cozy home kitchens provide a relaxed setting to learn about and enjoy authentic French cuisine, with ample opportunities to taste and explore ingredients and techniques.

A Class for Every Craving

We offer a variety of group classes to suit eeveryone’s interests. From classic French cuisine and market tours to pastry and baking, as well as “expressโ€™’ 2-hour Croissant or Macaron classes for those who have a lot to squeeze into your Paris trip. Learn to make perfect croissants or learn how to cook ร  la franรงaise from market to table. All classes use fresh, seasonal ingredients, and you’ll receive recipes to recreate the dishes at home by email after class.

Additionally, we can tailor cooking classes for large groups of 9 or more participants, as well as personalized private events for smaller groups. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or planning a team-building activity, the school can tailor an experience to your needs, from family-style dinners to baking workshops, complete with menu planning and wine pairing.ย

Les Petits Chefs – Kids Rule Here!

Got little chefs at home? I designed the “famille”” classes to be engaging and fun for little bakers AND adult bakers! Children aged 6-12 can join the specially designed pรขtisserie or macaron classes, and those aged 9-15 can participate in a 3-course menu cooking class alongside a parent or guardian, fostering learning and fun “” famille.”” What’s more, we have a new Kids’Chocolate Class where kids from age 6 – 16 can learn how to create chocolate confections using the highest quality Valrhona chocolate, with our expert chef. This class does require that parents/guardians of children 10 years or younger remain at the school, but you don’t have to sit around waiting – the Express Croissant Class will let the adults learn how to make croissants and pain au chocolat while the little ones are in chocolate paradise, as these classes have been conceived to start and finish at the same time on the same day.ย ย ย
